The FPS is proud to be playing a leading role in the cross industry Super Sector Skills Project, which is working to align competence and training frameworks across the foundation sector. This important initiative has been developed in direct response to the requirements of the Building Safety Act, and aims to establish clear, consistent standards for piling and related occupations.

A dedicated FPS-led working group is already underway, and other UK foundation sector bodies will shortly be invited to contribute, ensuring the framework reflects the full breadth of industry expertise.
