FPS Concrete Blockage Incident Reporting System

As part of the ongoing efforts within the Federation of Piling Specialists (FPS), we would like to introduce the FPS Clearing of Concrete Lines Task Group latest development: the online reporting form for concrete blockage incidents on site. This initiative is aimed at enhancing safety and industry knowledge, and we invite all members to actively participate.

Why Report Concrete Blockage Incidents?

Concrete blockages can occur on any construction site and pose potential risks to both workers and the project’s success. Recognising the significance of these incidents, the FPS,  are keen  to gather comprehensive data on such occurrences.

Capturing Crucial Data

The online reporting form has been designed to be user-friendly and efficient. It can be easily accessed via a mobile phone, by scanning the provided QR code or from a PC, by following the link below:

By gathering data through this reporting procedure, the FPS aim to identify patterns and gain a better understanding of the associated behaviours, risks, and other factors related to concrete blockage incidents. This knowledge will enable us to develop targeted strategies and recommendations to enhance safety and efficiency on construction sites.

We encourage all FPS members to implement this reporting procedure on-site as a matter of urgency. Your participation will not only contribute to the safety of your workforce but also to the overall betterment of the piling industry.
